I love the videos you have been posting. I live in the Chicago area. I plan to go into healthcare. I have been applying to hospitals and clinics positions in Patient Service Representative, Patient Access and PBX Switchboard Operator. What advice would you recommend to prepare me in those roles?
Great question! & YES I have double booked patients & I do have to call them letting them know the situation and there may be more of a wait time. sometimes the doc is upset but also understanding it happens from time to time
