Have you ever wondered what it's like to be a work at home mom with a toddler? Well you have to be flexible.. and patient. Today I'm sharing a day in the life of crochet designing and we'll also be talking about planning for crocheters! Crochet with me while I design a new blanket pattern and learn how to make your own DIY project planner.
This working from home day in the life isn't something I've ever done before, but I'm excited to share these tips on how to organize crochet projects and patterns. I will be using The Happy Planner Disney Princess notebook and Hooked on Planning™ as my crochet project planner. All of the supplies I mention in this video will be linked below.

I DID have all my yarn labels in an Amazon box, haha...so since I order so much yarn, Amazon offered me a crochet project journal & I just got it yesterday 😀 I spent over 4 hours last night inputting all my projects since last Nov. - have made 21 shawls & one huge blanket since Nov. 6th 🤪 Yes...my husband is pretty patient, LOL 😆 💦

Great information. I print out the patterns and they go in a stack for a couple years, then I file them in the 3” three ring binder. That’s the extent of that. Your young one is so cute. Amazing how busy you are but get so much accomplished.

Love that video format!! Cant wait yo see that blanket! I don’t plan because I just began crochet. Tks to you ! Did all your lessons! I just go with how I feel to work on but I have only one major project which is a C2C blanket of 6. squares. This is for my grandson but no due date.

Love the video - it’s always fun to see the behind the scenes and that people on RU-vid are actual real people with normal lives! You are so sweet and approachable that you make me feel like we’d be great mom friends lol! I’m just beginning but i have so many ideas tumbling around that I started jotting down in a notebook. Still working on keeping crochet projects organized. After watching this video I might try making a digital planner in S Notes or Evernote on my phone - I had bought the A5 size planner and started making an A5 physical planner, but I never use it!! LOL.

Love your videos. You seem to be the person who explains how to do crochet for me personally, the best so I have a small request, if you can.
