I am so grateful to this course. I have followed so many tutorials and this is the first one that finally made me able to create a piece of crochet out of a single chain after half a year of trying.Thank you so much!
OMG! I am so happy I found you, THANK YOU so much for this class, all your videos and all your help. You explain everything so well and make it so easy, with your explanations for the magic circle I am making my first granny square, I am so excited. Thank you again 💖
When I first learned to crochet, I couldn't get the holding of the yarn down, so I made up my own way and now I realize it's not a optimal way and I'm having trouble undoing it and trying it another way.
I fully only figured this out yesterday cos I happened to be paying attention to how a tutorial was inserting the hook and thinking.. "wait, they're going under both?" I like how only picking up one side makes my double crochets (UK) look for amigurumi since one side is hidden anyway, but noticed that after a row of trebles (UK) only using one loop of the stitch is too loose. Neat stuff! I'm kind of glad I made the mistake or I'd have never known how different the textures can be - I used the 'wrong' way to add a ribbed texture to a doll with leather armour at it looks rad :D
I really appreciate that you have added the pattern terminology after explaining the pattern. As a beginner, getting a pattern book and seeing Greek inside is intimidating. You’ve helped me break the code!
Thank you so much! I couldn’t figure out how I was getting my corners all loose for my granny squares and I’ve figured out it’s because I’m a loose crocheter
Wonderful! My small swatch worked up like a charm using this regulator, and I didn't miss not having the yarn wrapped around my little finger! I just need to figure out how to change yarn colours while using it now 😊
This is great, thank you. I'm not exactly 'new' to crochet - next month will be my 2 year yarniversary - but I do consider myself to still be at the learner stage, maybe an intermediate beginner. I've watched your video because a square blanket I've just made is wavy width-wise, so figured it was a tension issue. I'm going to give this another watch, and I'll also make a tension aide (sorry, my short-term memory isn't great, so I can't remember what you called it 🤭) and see if it helps. Thank you for this tutorial 💕 Ps, I'm really curious now and have to know.... how IS your macaroni? 🤔😆👍🏽
Oh, thank god! I just started my first real project - and had no idea where I was supposed to be poking the needle through even after watching other videos. Thank you!!!
Are you guys not hearing when she says “it’s not wrong when done intentionally.A lot of beginners do it unintentionally, and that’s when it becomes a mistake”
