Peterbilt has an "Injector Campaign" going on. My truck was sounding like a Buick with the same noise yours is making. Turns out I had 2 injectors failing. Did the upgrade download and sounds like a truck now. I have friends with injectors already being replaced. Good luck boss!!
Wassup bro! Buy you a wheel chock when you get a chance to help you adjust your tandems when you’re having a hard time moving them. Make sure you’re on leveled ground first and not on an incline but I’m sure you know that already. It’s helped me a few times.

I’ll NEVER work for this company, I recently called Prime inc a few times to ask some detailed questions that I couldn’t find answers to on yt or their website and the office at prime response was very rude and short tempered.. the recruiter Jenni even banned me from applying because I asked them “too many questions and told me to shut up and stop calling” 😂😂

When trailers are that close, only raise the gear enough to pull out and then finish going up. If you can overinflated your rear bags, use them to lift the trailer and pull up. Don’t mess around that close.
just a tip bro if a pin wont go in its more than likely got pressure on it. just put the truck in reverse or drive and rock it back and forth youll hear it go in.
It’s crazy cuz we got a 03 rn too and we left a meat plant an it smelt like absolute dog water lol but what I was taught, when the tandems don’t retract after you pull pin just go back in the tractor release the tractor breaks and just nudge forward a lil then nudge backwards to like try and activate them.. lemme know no if it work for you gang

To get air to slide the tandems, all you need to do is let the engine idle with the trailer brake pushed in, that’s it. Don’t push the brake, don’t drive. Pushing the pedal is counterproductive as it uses air and takes air away from pulling the pins in. Also, I keep my tandems as far back as I can. It rides better and it’s more stable. Just need to take care on turns and backing a little more.
When the pins not going in like that have you ever tried to rock the trailer back and forth . do the opposite of the way u trying to slide them first alot of times that helps and u will hear the pins pop in. Like in that situation u set it up how u normally do to slide them put drive forward first before going in reverse

Once you pull the button,you have to rock the trailer for the pins to move. Only the 24 series trailers will release automatically. You're not legal stretched out per each state bridge law. It's usually no further than the 12th hole. Your tire sensor box showed red as well. Just trying to help boss.

I’m going to get it situated next time I’m at a terminal but I always double check the pressure by hand just incase. Thanks again! And did you scale a loaded trailer with your Pete and then set the tractor gauge while on the scale before you got yo load? If not then that’s why yo tractor gauge was reading all crazy. Could be off. I set mine to 1,500ibs over

Tandems and they’re basically like a sliding rail on another sliding rail. One “rail” connected to the big box that holds stuff, the other “rail” connected to the wheels basically. When you slide them you align where the wheels are in relation to the big box that holds stuff. Depending on where your weight is and where you’d rather it be, you slide yourself along the “rails” so that you have your weight situated the way you want it
