I don't have a full answer for you because qty ordering is something that would have to be done through a business manager, and there is one per cluster, and for international orders that's likely someone higher up in the food chain. It does seem that Lebanon is a country that could be shipped to via online orders (here's a list of countries can't be shipped to: help.barnesandnoble.com/hc/en-us/articles/5334789599771-International-Shipping#:~:text=There%20is%20no%20set%20rate,before%20you%20place%20the%20order.) I don't believe it's duty free shipping. I don't know if there's an option for bulk shipping international and I couldn't find any info on it. Your best bet is to contact customer services via the website and they could direct you to whomever might be most helpful.

It's really going to depend on the B&N location. My first store was 1 floor and rather low-key outside of holidays and there are several employees who work there as a retirement job. My current store is high-volume high-energy and is for the most part very young people as employees who are interested in making B&N their career. So, yes, definitely a place that could be what you're looking for but not every B&N is going to fit that bill. As for the newer model locations I'm less sure as I've never worked at one but typically the new, smaller ones have small staff's and are looking for career oriented employees.
