Recently made a career change and started working at a pastry shop after 10 years working in front of a computer, and by far the biggest challenge has been the amount of hours standing on my poor feet and legs. The first 2 weeks were so intense, like daily cramps, sore everything and wondering if I made the right choice but it's been two months now and my body has gotten more used to it, but yeah, working in kitchens? Way harder than I ever imagined.

This is so wonderful. I wish everyone had an education experience like this. Going not because you were told to, or expected to, but for the love of knowledge and experience of it. ❤❤❤

I love how you bubble up when you start talking about the experience even though you are exhausted. That's how you know its a good thing, and I am super happy for you.

I am not sure why it makes me so happy to know someone on RU-vid is as obsessed with baguette bread as I am but I wanted to cry alongside with you when you were showing off your creations. So happy for you doing your thing!

It makes me so happy to see you living the life I dream of! I'm 17 and have always wanted to learn pastry, attending culinary school would bring me so much joy. I also love bread and I really appreciate your excited documentation of the whole process, baking baguettes must be soooo satisfying.
