I am convinced that lack of sleep and chronically hectic schedules is the cause of many women's auto-immune health conditions. Please take care of yourself ladies and that includes proper sleep hygiene.

Where is the childrens father? It’s hard to watch a woman do all the work and not get frustrated seeing zero help from the spouse. You’re doing an amazing job don’t get me wrong! This just enforces my fear of having kids because moms do 99% of the work.

I work from home full-time and have an almost 2 year old and a 9 month old. My attention is CONSTANTLY divided between work and the babies. And then my husband when he gets home from work. Honestly, some days it drives me crazy because the work never ends! Anyways, I'm inspired by the routine you've established and should really try to implement one myself so my days don't feel so chaotic. Lol.

I am a mom that works from home to 8-5 but my job does not allow for us to leave our desk … even though I am not in customer service, so the fact that you can log in to work then get off to take the kids to day care that’s awesome! Also if I do my make up super early in the morning by noon it’s gone or botchy so I try to do it later on in the day lol …

@Laura Garcia Same here - I work from home for 8 hrs a day and we cannot leave our desk much. It is hard. Searching for ways to find that motivation to keep me going. I take kiddos to school before work and then take my lunch break when they get out of school so I can pick them up and not pay for after school care. Then they have to be quiet so I can finish out my work day. Then my second job begins - handling and managing the evening with my kiddos and hubby lol

No offence But the place where i live has no daycare it's not a very common practice to leave the child in day care... I am on a break from my career i so badly wish i could start working again..i love my child so much my husband work is very demanding hours of work so I also glad I'm there for my 2.5 year old daughter :) with no help from either side of my family and my husband's even though i want another child, just coz i cannot be on break longer i am longing to work again so i even consider not to have more children itself..also I'm from India to make a breakfast it takes me atleast half an hour and lunch may be an hour..to do all the work around the house take care of my daughter it's so tiresome.. I wake up early morning by 5 to study and keep myself updated in my field (web development) everyday

He’s up and gone! We try to hold each other accountable by both getting up early but he has to go into the office so he leaves super early for the gym at 4:30 and that’s when I get up. He also doesn’t like being on camera so I try and film once he’s out of the house 😊

This is sad, and I hope you don’t burn out too soon. Wherever the man is who helped make those kids, I hope he’s at least contributing somehow. I was in a similar situation and I ended up going scorched earth eventually. Take care of yourself as a human being not just the working slave mother you are currently.

Thanks for thinking of me but I think “working slave mother” is ridiculous and the furthest thing from what I am. I love this routine, my family and working. This lifestyle works for me and my family and my husband is extremely involved and helpful, but goes into an office and doesn’t want to be filmed so I respect that ♥️

Aw thank you so much!! I definitely experience an energy slump in the afternoon so I usually try and drink ice cold water, have a snack with protein or have a small coffee! Taking a walk outside also helps me! I also go to sleep very early (9:30) to make sure I get 7 hours of sleep 💕💕💕

The number of women who “work from home full time” while caring for children is wild. That’s so unreasonable. Both are full-time jobs, you can’t do both justice without sacrificing something, either attention to kids or yourself, or obligations to your employer. I have a similar schedule to yours, am a full-time Big4 consultant and have a nanny (it’s cheaper than daycare for 3 small kids in my area). My contract has a clause that I cannot be a primary caregiver during work hours, and frankly I’m grateful for that. You are doing great! I have to figure out how to fit in that workout like you do! Maybe once my baby starts sleeping through the night.. Great content, in general.

I completely agree!! It is impossible IMO to work full time and also care for your kids full time. My company also has a clause that I can’t be a primary caregiver during work hours as well and like you, I’m grateful for it too! Keep up the great job mama, you got this!! 💕💕

He helps out so much but just doesn’t like being on camera much and he goes into an office most of the work week so I get the kids ready for daycare in the mornings and he usually helps a lot when they get home with dinner, baths, etc

Hi Amanda, I saw your video and thought you were like an energizer battery. You are amazing. Please learn to take a break and enjoy even if it's just 15 min of eating lunch. I know as a mom and it's hard to just chill. But it's worth it for your mental health. I used to be just like you when I was younger and now I have older kids. Hi your video shows me how my day is . I am on hybrid schedule so 3 days at home and 2 days at office but i also drop my Little one off to school and i pick her up And work in between and seems like Work never ends. What time do you normally get to bed? You wake up so early how do you do that? Any tips? Also What do you do for a living looks like your work hours are very flexible

I totally feel the same about the never ending days! I usually go to sleep by 9:30pm. The main tip is to just start trying to get up early…do it just one day and see how you feel. Honestly it gets so much easier and that time alone in the morning becomes so sacred that you look forward to waking up early! You got this ♥️ I’m a marketing manager for a professional engineering society and I’ve been working there almost 10 years…we have to work 37.5 hours a week but it’s not super rigid/I don’t have to log my hours since I’m a salaried employee.

It’s unfortunate you feel that way…I always intend to do the opposite with my videos - showing relatable content as a true full time working mom instead of something unattainable and unrealistic that “influencers” portray.
