Hi! Thanks for the comment, is honestly much appreciated! Hope you've been well & congratulations for making it into Loughborough! Glad to hear you’re looking forward to it! If you have any questions feel free to ask :)
Thank you! That's so kind of you and honestly much appreciated! Hope you have been well and glad to hear you enjoyed the content! New videos being uploaded every week & yes of course I will definitely make some more day in the life vlogs when back on campus - especially if people like yourself enjoy them :)
Love your videos on Loughborough! I've been binging them all!😊 I'm joining Loughborough this September/October and I'm thinking of changing my course from straight psychology to psychology with criminology. Can I ask why you decided to chose the latter and if you know how I go about changing my course if I decide to?
Hi! Thank you, I honestly really appreciate your message! & So glad to hear you like the vids! :) In response to your question, firstly this link should contain all the relevant information for changing courses: www.lboro.ac.uk/students/handbook/ug-pgt/transfers/transfers-lboro-programmes/ ^ Most of this information on this link relates to changing courses after already starting (in case that situation arises). ^ It is significantly easier to change courses prior to starting your degree ! So I would recommend getting in touch with the undegraduate admissions team who will likely provide you with more information regarding the specifics of changing courses. Their contact details can be found here: www.lboro.ac.uk/contact/ In relation to your other question, there was a few reason why I chose to study psychology with criminology instead of just psychology. 1) It aligned closer to the potential career pathways I was interested in and provides me with a greater degree of flexibility in my career pathway by having a joint-honours 2) I was more interested in the module content covered in psychology with criminology compared to just psychology. 3) It is very common particularly in recent years to study psychology as the emergence of psychology as an academic discipline is very modern so by studying psychology with criminology as a joint honours I felt it enabled me to stand out from those studying solely psychology as it is a very broad subject. ^ I am planning on doing a QNA/overview guide for a psychology with criminology degree over the next few weeks as there isn't much information online as it is a joint honours degree so be sure to check that out when it goes live! Hope that answers your questions. If you have any other questions feel free to let me know & thank you once again for your lovely comment, is honestly much appreciated! :)
Hi! Thanks for the comment! Aha thanks. No longer doing the daily runs as finished the 7k every day for 80 days charity challenge now aha & I try to relax the hours down a lot more on the weekends tbh to stand a chance of keeping the routine up during the week aha. All the best :)
Hi, thanks for watching the video and dropping a message! Firstly, in response to your question if you haven't already I would strongly recommend checking out my complete guide & review of Loughborough University video as I give a brief overview of both gyms and who I generally would recommend each option to! (this info is within the societies, sport & part time work section of the complete guide & review video!) If after watching the complete guide & review video you still are undecided and your accomodation isn't notably closer to one of the gyms then I would advise you to consider Hollywell. If you have any other questions feel free to let me know & look forward to welcoming you to Loughborough next month :) x
Hey, im planning to study psych this october at loughborough, how did the pandemic affect your courses? i saw that some of your lectures are now online
Hi, hope you’ve been well & thanks for the comment! In terms of how the pandemic affected my course, for this year the majority of my lectures were delivered online either via on demand videos or live online sessions. I’ve covered your question in more depth within the academics section of my guide & review of Loughborough university 2021 video on my channel so I would strongly recommend checking that out. If you’ve still got any other questions, of course feel free to let me know & looking forward to hopefully welcoming you to the Lboro family in October! :)
Hi! Thanks, much appreciated. Dropped a comment on your channel about collabing a few weeks ago but think you might of deleted it? Keep up the great videos tho! :)
Hi, thanks for watching the vid & leaving a comment. I stayed in Royce. Are you planning on staying in one of the accomodations on campus? I have given a brief review of my time in Royce within my complete guide & review vid of Loughborough University, and you can also find some more info about all of the accomodations from the perspective of Loughborough students who have stayed in every accomodation within my guide & review of every accomodation vid :)
