So happy that I saw your videos! I'm also a consultant working on digital transformation change management and work from home. This is my first full time job and not working from my home country (originally from China and now at Germany), to be honest, I'm really frustrated on the limited working contents I have (which I expected more about strategy, not only change management) and the WFH mode, but saw you are doing really well to balance all your life and work, I feel more motivated right now.
