This is an amazing video, love how informed It is, so glad you made this video because many think being a footballer is easy! I'm a girl and I am going back to football after 10 years, I am 30 and I realised now that it's what I love, this is great inspiration and I love how rounded this video is in covering many aspects of getting fit which I something I am also working on and I have 10kg to lose!

@@tafazolli I recently wore it during my football match, I was playing right winger with a ton of sprints and got a 19.8 strain. The whoop really helps me know when to train hard or lower the intensity, it helps me not overtrain myself!

I watch these videos with personal trainers doing all these fancy complicated ball mastery drills and I watch yours and you just keep it technical and simple. Just wanted to know what you think of that? Especially for academy players. Do you think doing crazy complicated drills is necessary?
