I would be careful with balancing on the tyres like that, you can accidently sprain you ankle and it would be pretty bad as a racing driver, stability cushion is very good for that and you can do all types of stuff on it, 1 leg or even using weights

Cool! I must say my diet wasn't on point today. Try eat healthy unprocessed foods and eat enough protein(2.5*weight) in grams. Drink enough water, at least 2.5 liters.

Its called eye protection or something like that. Its possoble on any modern device. Just takes out blue light which can hurt your eyes of izs dark around you.
