The OffTheWall.TV crew spent the day with Vans surfer Joel Tudor and his son in their hometown of San Diego. They go surfing, skateboarding, and train - all in a day's work.
Ian Bunch I don’t know any dads who don’t have a job. Or have a job that is being a pro surfer. Dads typically do family surfing and bjj in addition to a grinding 40 to 50 hour per week normal job.
Have you seen him do that out in the water? I'm curious. Cause I've been out on day where there is 20 people and only 4 of them know what they're doing so unless you're paddling around people and shifting positions they are just going to sit in the same spot get blown by the wind and generally get in the way while missing more than half the waves they paddle for. I'm not at all excellent, but if your at this guys level and out with a bunch of mediocre people not reading the ocean what do you do?
@@montypbbc The best surfer's are supposed to get the most waves. That is one of the reasons they are the best. In some crowds with people like Joel, I am a mediocre surfer. When they get tired and go home, I am one of the best surfers and get all the waves. That's how it works..lol
Dude, this guy is the best longboarder in history ans has some skateboard models at Sector that sells like hot cakes... The big bread winner is him, for sure!
secretmuse420, dude screw you idiot, Joel never said he's some amazing fighter, he probably thinks it's fun to do jiu jitsu so why are you mad over him likening a sport
