Breakfast Sandwich:
2 slices of toasted bread
1/2 mashed avocado over both slices
1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled
1-2 tomato slices
salt and pepper to taste
Lemony Chicken Salad
1/2 avocado mashed
1 tbsp mayo
1/2 lemon juiced
lemon pepper seasoning to taste
1/2-3/4 cup shredded cooked chicken
crackers for scooping

Hiya Ang. I loved this video. I love getting to know my "RU-vid girls" better. I giggled when you left the house and took the dog with you. He just jumped up in the back and set right down as if it was a routine he was used to.

I made your taco soup this morning..it is delicious and very flavorful. I omitted the carrots, but this recipe is a keeper..going in my recipe book for my kids and grandkids future days with and without me..bless you Ang! ❤

Hi Ang, I just printed off your recipe for Stovetop Taco Sou. I love doing different things for Taco Tuesday. Have you ever tried Power Crunch Protein Bars? What I love about these bars is they have 13 grams of protein. They come in many flavors, I get the Triple Chocolate Fudge and the Peanut Butter Fydge. They use Darkk Chocolate so they are packed with Antioxidents. They are a bit pricy, but Amazon has the best price. I first saw these on the Racheal Ray Show. Thanks for the grea recipe deals and videos.

Hi there! The one I was using in the video came with my Keurig but I've seen them at Walmart for pretty cheap. Saves so much money and less wasteful with the cups.
