I used to be a devoured Catholic myself. I haven't been one for many many years. My journey started when I first attended Howard University in DC in the late 90s. I started questioning and researching the history. After all that cover up with priests and molestation of kids I was done.
Thank you for sharing! A lot of people have a similar story. A lot needs to be done to change the hearts of the people of the church. I remain bc I see how God is calling me to change things and I love the sacraments.
