I love you, God. Finally...you are first and never again last. For the place I live. It suits me right now. For Spring...in all its glory. For my bed...at the end of a delicious day. For the man who will come into my life and give me purpose again. I see it all. Each blessing from the time I wake until my head hits the soft comfort of my pillow and 4 inch minimalist bed. So great for the body. Firm. For my new cowboy hat. For my new idea that I shall post within one hour.

Some things to get you started - This breath. Your home. A plant or animal. A piece of music. The sun. A poem. Your feet. Chocolate. The moment you’re experiencing. The food you’re eating. A glass of water. That you can communicate. A possession you love. The blue sky. Someone you love. Dolphins. That you have enough to give to others. Rain. And the list goes on . . .
I have a morning prayer and give thanks to the creator every morning.. I thank him for the light of the day the water the fresh air the food and healing plants and the joy of life... if you have nothing to give thanks for the fault lies with you.. a well known native once said...
The best part of all of this is that I have been slowly chewing & savoring the insights of Becoming Dungeon Master & I just finished the chapter Experiences in Satori. I've been paying attention and noticing the Synchronicity Clus for the last 2 days. There have been several! I was out on a long walk yesterday & prayed for my heart to be full of gratitude for all things great & small. I then made a metal list of all the things I am truly grateful for and felt so happy & at peace. Between reading your book and listening to the teachings of Florence Novel Shinn (hope I spelled her name right) I am experiencing much peace, hope & fun in the Simulation! My brain has been gorging on deliciously rich insights, ideas and discoveries while my body has been fasting. This video is just another perfect example of the Matrix delivering what I've been putting my focus on! Here's to another amazing day to be alive & discovering all of Life's little treasures! Hi My Friend! Yes indeed -- we just started taking in-person students this summer, and it's mostly been week-long custom programs.
