If youre on the lighter divisions like me,get good at in and out movement,and have at least a basic head movement,having big sparring partners also helps! I have the same plans as you but corona fucked them :(

Rogen has some of thee hardest kicks I’ve seen. I know his tae kwon do matches are much different then a mma match but I wouldn’t want none of those kicks.
To overrated Blake green sucked just cause he had some weight doesn’t mean nothing you can show up to fight but you know if you don’t perfect your form your gonna get fucking dropped in the ufc
