@ryanlorance6168 If there's a lightning storm to go with the rain, like it says, then everyone will be leaving their bikes in the rig... they'll race in rain, not lightning...and they won't allow fans to be outside in the lightning either, so they'll be forced to go back out to their cars while they try to wait it out, or until they make an official decision. And it's Daytona, it rains a bit nearly every day...and it could be pouring in one area, literally go a few steps to the side and it could be dry. I've seen Daytona where it rained on the oval race track, but then somehow the infield was dry....In general, I take weather predictions with a grain of salt, but even more so in Florida

@@teammuro In my life have owned about 15 Yamaha's 4 Honda's of which I still have 3 of them and one Buell. The only Brand I have bought new is Yamaha. I like some models of all four the Japanese Brands.. I almost bought a new CCM in about 1983. I don't have any strong brand Loyalty .. I like Triumph and Ducati's as an Underdog.. In Flat Track racing the AMA handicapped all the Brands to help HD to compete.. Then with some Development the XR-750 was quite dominant for years.. Finally new Rules from other twin cylinder brands to compete.. Brian Smith won a National Championship on a Kawaski .. Then Indian Bult a purpose Built 750 Flat Track race bike and totally dominated Flat Track for 3 years.. Now the AMA has handicapped the Indians to give more parity to other brands.. Yamaha , KTM, Royal Enfield , Kawasaki even a couple of Harley Davidsons based on a Model they don't even make anymore. It makes it more interesting to see competition among brands. In Motocross they should have an Open class 500 CC two strokes.. 600 CC Four strokes and electric bikes allowed.. I think 300 CC two strokes could compete against 450 Cc four strokes
