Just awesome! You’ve also nailed the tone… this shows that Jimmy played with less gain around 1972/1973. I guess he wanted to hear the woody sound of that sunburst Les Paul rather than buried under a ton of Distortion… I subscribed your channel!
🤯 insane! You hit every note, and you nailed the tone! I'm just speechless. I never thought this section of Dazed and Confused could be covered. Incredible!
Really impressive! Did you figure it out on your own? This has been, since my teens (and i m pretty old now), one of my absolute favorite rock recordings ever, i've lissened to it countless times, but I was never able to quite figure out many of the guitar parts that were played and that you played here. Hats off to you dude, looking fwd to see you play the final solo of this one!
I’m actually using a GarageBand plug in for this video because I have a preset I EQ’d that sounds near spot on to the MSG 73 Page tone. I’ll have to look back at the actual EQ layout.
You need to do a talk about this. Do You have perfect pitch. How long did it take you ? Billion s of people on RU-vid copying everybody vai Johnson satriani. Etc. But. I’ve only seen 2 in my lifetime on this. Only 2 people on the planet It’s crazy. So much to figure out bit to remember it.
Thanks. I did this all in one sitting. I have messed around with this live version for a few years, but never transcribed it fully until this recording session.
@@TheGuitarMan71 I've had a little go now and again, but you've blown me away with this, but also given me the inspiration to keep trying...I'll be watching yours for tips ...great job 👍
