I feel like Buu in any of his versions would solo OPM, not just because of his strength, but his hax too. (Remember, his regeneration is more broken than Cell’s. Plus, he can absorb, so if he absorbs Saitama, we would have a Buutama on the loose)

@@Chris_HT I'd say Boros definitely beats Saiyan Saga Vegeta due to being around the same lvl of strength but having far superior speed. Boros was able to kick Saitama to the Moon in a few secs, and he's at least that fast himself since Boros is consistently able to chase Saitama after ragdolling him. That would make Boros close to light speed, while DB characters arguably didn't consistently show FTL speed until the Buu Saga (Gotenks circling Earth in secs).

during his fight against saitama garou clearly specified that he had access to all the flows of the universe and that it is by capturing the flows that he copies the power of his adversaries, but the other fictions are not part of opm therefore garou can only copy the characters of opm characters

And in dbz higher pl leads to greater stats. Hence that's an ftl+ feat. And then Goku in Ssj gets an multiplier of 50x of its stats. His speed got increased by 50x which goes upto mftl. And cell power lvl> Goku mssj. Cell speed = mftl+
