A lot of pros will love this character, he is very mobile, solo mix and most importantly a defensive character. His gimmicks are a bonus that apply a lot of pressure.

@@thefirstprince8214 do you even understand how the game works? Or play it? It doesn't matter if he has an instant kill, if he can't use it reliably. Why is the instant kill good in theory in the first place? Because it's supposed to make you win easier, but since it doesn't, because it's hard to implement it ends up just being a gimmick. So if you understood the game, you would know instant kill is strong but it's still fair and honest in that you can't just reliably do it all the time. That's called balance. It would be broken or too good if you just saw players being able to spam it or integrate it all the time but you don't and there's a reason for that.

DBFZ ends with a final Goku count of 8: Base, SS, Blue, UI = 4 Kid Goku = 1 Goku's body inhabited by Zamasu = 1 The half of fused Zamasu that is Goku Black = .5 Gokus 1/2 of both Gogetas plus 1/2 of Vegetto = 1.5 Gokus Hopefully they can get the Goku count higher in DBFZ 2!!

Don’t forget baradock who = 2 gokus since goku is technically 1/2 of him because of genes, and don’t forget gotenks who’s .25 goku and both gohans who are also 1/2 goku 😹😹😹

Seeing a pro play him proves that his TOD gimmick is just that, a gimmick, mainly because they value DHC and knockdowns and momentum so much. Trying to center the gameplay around that is probably counterproductive and slower when you can just open people up and kill them quicker in a 2-touch. Of course, having this tool available is always something to fear and a tournament can be won off of that, and it also boosts normal supers. But I don't believe he is madly op and will destroy the game, he is just a solid character overall. UI, and GTGoku back in the day were worse for the game in my opinion, from a competitive standpoint. Let's wait and see.

I think a playstyle revolving around the instakill would be really good honestly, the monster pressure it creates on the opponent is incredibly powerful since it's basically blocking assists from being played in neutral, since it will still kill if they get caught in it. Just this tool makes gogeta super scary as an anchor and even more so if the character is played with the A assist. I do think more people will opt for the standard playstyle tho, simply because of the fact it's one they're already familiar with but I'd really like to see more of the instakill playstyle because it's really sick to watch.

I believe that a level=oki is a bad trade-off; especially since if you use of his supers you already lose his level.

@@trunksesp1149 you do realize he gets increase damage regardless if he reaches level 7 or not. It is really fast and can be charged without being on the field. Plus u can use it as a threat to c assist because it is so ez to kill them with it. Long story short losing his levels when using a super isn’t necessarily a con.
