I love Future Trunks. Because he grew up in hardship, he learned to always take protecting life seriously, unlike Goku and Vegeta who will just sit back and let their opponents power up. It took him minutes to dispose of Frieza and King Cold, no mercy. He tried to take out 17 and 18 as soon as they were awakened while all the other Z Fighters just stood there. He did all he could to keep Cell from becoming perfect (including attacking his own father) while every other character was being an inept dumbass. And when he returned to his time, he immediately destroyed 17, 18 and Cell, hard-fucking-core. Not to mention the fact that he's hot af and uses a sword. (: So much better than Kid Trunks

BullShitThat at the same time it’s not entirely Vegeta’s fault. Haven’t you seen that turning Super Sayain for the first few times has a negative effect on the Sayain’s personality. In the Frieza saga, Vegeta was arrogant and aggressive but he was smug and strategic. He did anything he could to stop Frieza and wouldn’t mind breaking the rules if it benefited him

Do Nathan also nothing went wrong in the 18 fight, she just tired him out due to her infinite energy and ssj draining him rapidly and he got overpowered, there’s literally nothing that went wrong instead that he Lost and it’s not like he could of done anything about it. yup even carries this attitude in his timeline when babidi appeared and he didnt let buu hatch but instead killed babidi and dabura so he would hatch in the first place. In the manga Freeza shoots one attack, Trunks does his arm spazz blast, then immediately cuts Freeza in half. The animators dragged it out, which did lead to Trunks sounding a bit cocky when he caught Freeza's death ball and then said,"Scuse me... is this yours?" He also gives Freeza three chances to take him down, telling him to put everything into his final move. It looked cool, but it really wasn't in character for Trunks.

Yea ty, they ruined Trunks in Super. I mean I like character going through tragedy but they did it twice to Trunks and in Super they overdid it. I don't understand why they couldn't make his storyline finally happy in Super where he comes and helps out Z fighters instead. Why couldn't they rebuild his world, and made it so now we have two Earths that stuff can happen in. Like they just wanted to destroy his world and cast it out so badly I don't like where they are going with the series. Plus the way they killed future Bulma is unforgivable.

I get the feeling that Trunks should have taken care of the androids way before Vegeta and Kakerot caught on to what was happening. Just show up solo blast the base and give Kakerot his meds.

They didn't know where Gero's lab was. That's why he warned them, so they could be strong enough to beat them when they arrived. Bulba did hear a rumor he conducted a mountain into a base, but that could have taken far too much time. We do eventually see there's a big conspicuous hole in the mountain that leads to the door of his lab, but Trunks wouldn't have known that and probably thought it would just be disguised as a regular mountain. Since Goku and Vegeta reject the idea of using the dragonballs to find out where the lab is Trunks didn't really have any options here to just do it himself. In english Vegeta claims it would take too long to find them, which is dumb. In japanese and the manga Vegeta says he'll straight up murder anyone who tries to destroy them early since he wants the challenge.

I like how trunks is probably the only saiyan that never let his Lust For Fighting or "saiyan Pride" getting his way I doubt he even has saiyan Pride or Lust For Fighting considering he's never done the stuff other saiyans do all for the sake of a good fight he just wants to get the job done and protect people Goku is considered a hero by others but not reality he's just a guy who's really obsessed with fighting while trunks tries his best to save people for the sake of saving people

Future Trunks is the most efficient fighter in the whole series. He does NOT mess around or bother to toy with his opponents. Whether he wins or loses, he fights to get the job DONE. No mercy like Goku, no arrogance or toying with his enemies like Vegeta, no milking it out or making them suffer like Gohan... Just going in for the kill. He's so awesome.
