Increased crime allows the city to beg Congress for more money. Bowser likes these kids inflating the crime numbers that’s why she doesn’t want to bother it

Pretty sure the problem was there before incarceration There should be NO SURPRISES after incarceration. Funny the government thinks they can fix it. 😂 wow.
