The few women who survived Ted Bundy's attacks said the lawyers who were working on getting Ted's stays of execution should allow Ted to take their daughter out on a date. That would be poetic justice, now, wouldn't it!??
"Someone you wouldn't mind your grandmother going out to lunch with"😮😮 I understand lawyers doing their job but defending the indefensible is sickening
Q: "why do they bury lawyers 20 feet deep?" A: "because deep down, they're really great people!" Also, my grandmother was a terrible racist, that would have been an uncomfortable lunch. 😂
This piece of Shit murderer looks like a hedious monster ogre. So Sad it is absolutely heart breaking even after so many years and seen this story many times. It brings tears to my eyes how anyone can do this. Especially to someone you actually knew and helped you out at one time.
These defense lawyers drive me crazy when they swear that their client isn't violent when there is plenty of evidence that the guy is so violent that his family fears him.
Who tortures animals? Who kills 6 million innocent Jews? When you consider how complex the human mind is, It's not surprising that things sometimes go south! What grown man "grabs woman by the pussy" and brags about it? What type of person votes for him?! On second thought... Some minds are a lot more complex than others!😂😢
@@Goddoesnotexist5667I read you calling the dead people bozos in another comment. You must be sick one to make fun of a family that was tortured in special a child.
I remember this story. There needs to be better assessments of anyone arrested to determine what their violent tendencies are. So many ignored red flags with this sociopath.
On October 25, 2018, the defendant Daron Wint, a welder fired from a company owned by Savvas Savopoulos, was found guilty of 20 counts of kidnapping, extortion, and murder.[4] He was sentenced to four consecutive life-without-release terms.[5]
@@Tricie2371 Jordan Wallace was called by his boss who was being held captive to go get 40 grand. Savvas was the CEO of the company and took cash to auctions sometimes to buy construction equipment. He didn't sound strange over the phone and Savvas had to sell it because Wint had his kid and wife and the housekeeper. Wallace really liked Savvas and his family, enjoyed working for him. If he was in on it then he would've had to know Darron Wint. They would have had to plan it together and there was zero evidence of that. They did not know each other, never crossed paths and never had a relationship of any kind.
@@washredskin887i don’t care he should have been suspicious when he was asked to leave it in a car. I would definitely phone the police no harm done if it was legit. He may have had nothing to do with it but he should have been suspicious. It just didn’t sound right
When I first saw this story I was shook for days. I have overindulged in crime stories since I was like 6 watching forensic files and dateline late at night. Never slept scared… until I was 21 and saw this story. My heart still breaks
Justice was not served. He gets free roof over his head, food, medical, dental and education for the rest of his like at our expense. Our justice system is broken
Absolutely also this report litrally makes him sound like the victim had there been someone else this coward creep would have mentioned names CNN WTF and how long did he get?
Daron Wint went to jail for stabbing someone before he did this crime. He should have lost his Visa right then and there and once out of jail deported. That is where the system is broken. Yet he was allowed to stay and be a menace. He had a long rap sheet.
Can someone please explain to me WHY the security company didn’t do anything?! They were alerted when the side-door glass was broken, that first night… Why didn’t they call Savvas, Amy, the police, or simply send the police to the house to do a check? That’s what they’re hired for, that’s what the security company is for and supposed to do. 🤦🏻♀️💔 Heartbreaking case. Rest in eternal peace to their four souls 🕊️💫
Maybe, maybe not. The guy works for him and did as told. He may have done this before. I've seen it in past. They trust that person. The porch. Leaving it on a porch is odd. That makes it questionable. I get it.
It's too bad the family didn't have some kind of code word, name, phrase or something with the housekeepers, assistants, etc., to alert them (if they are able to make a phone call) that there is something wrong and they are unable to speak about what is happening so that that someone could call the police. Such a heartbreaking story and ending.
Yes. It's a little different, but when my daughters started school, we had a "family code word" that someone would have to provide to them if the person claimed to be at school to pick them up, get in a car, etc and I had not already told my girls about the arrangement.. My girls understood that even if it was someone they/we knew trying to get them to go with them IF I had not told them in advance this person would be picking them up from cheerleading, lacrosse practice, a Science Olympiad, meet, etc. since parents often car-pooled. Only once did I get a call because I had told one daughter that a classmate's mother would be bringing her home from practice but the father actually showed up. My daughter insisted on the code word because he was not the person she was expecting.
Good Evening; I am very IMPRESSED with your daughter's loyalty to her family and safety. I wish that my Daughter had the capacity to do the same. God Bless you and your family 👪, ❤.@@B_Bodziak
The house maid could have done more I feel like. The stupid text sounds so alarming "Dont come today" such thing...I will call the police and ask to check into.
This really bothers me… How dare Ron Hosko imply that the housekeeper’s husband (who is just as much a victim as the target family, as he lost his own wife in this tragedy) and the assistant are partially to blame for “missed opportunities.” Apparently he’s unaware of the dynamics of working on a billionaire’s house staff. Privacy and loyalty are imperative. Staff members don’t question the boss, nor do they hesitate to follow orders, regardless of how bizarre they may appear; and trust me, they’re often incredibly bizarre!
@@valiakloeppel7252. Are you saying the housekeeper should've quit her job? Maybe she needed to work. Most workers do. My grandmother worked as a housekeeper.
I agree with you. There’s literally NO way he could’ve known & he was just the husband of an employee of the house. The dynamics just wont make him ‘investigate’ anything. He was told his wife needed to do an errand & there was nothing he could say to that. Im very sorry for him losing his wife like that. Almost surely a collateral victim as she wasn’t one of the family members.
You should be happy that other people have nice things because it will eventually go back to you. Never be jealous of what other have because your life will just get worse and worse.
Use deadbolts with key-only-on-both sides of the lock (not a twist lock). Someone would have to break all of the panes and the wood/metal holding them together to gain entry. Of course, don't leave the key in the lock, BUT do keep a key nearby that every family member can access in case you need to quickly flee, ie, house fire.
The part about the torcher of a child lead me into pure anger. The whole case was sad but you never touch a child. Even criminals frown upon it. I can’t imagine what the parents went through 😢🤬

Bullshit if my boss tells me to leave a whole load of money outside of my house I would have gone straight to the police he’s involved and he needs to be punished
If Wallace had access to the cash and was in on it, he surely would have staged it so he was the one to be tied up and forced to hand it over? This horrific event lasted hours and Wallace time is accounted for... He wouldn't risk playing such a flimsy role if he knew 4 murders were a part of the plan. Just leave the family and house out of it wouldn't he?
@@ohlorelaii5914this happened in 2015! 9 years ago! Believe me, people have been installing security cameras both inside and outside of their homes since the late ‘90’s and they were very popular in the early 2000’s!
It is really sad, I always drive that house and my boss been invited for dinner by the couple once. The burned house sat there for few years, until finally being torn down and to make a new house. Even if I have money, I will not buy that property. It's creppy passing there at night.
Did anyone live on the new house now? I won’t for a million years. Lol. The bad energy must’ve lingered from such a tragedy & justice wasnt even fully delivered for the souls snatched from it.
I'm a little confused about the "assistant" being asked by the boss (husband of the murdered family) to bring a stack of $100 bills totaling $40,000 to be left at the door of the house , was he not suspicious of anything by that request and went with it without alerting anyone? I just found it a little strange Edit: I see, suspicion was raised in the end on this assistant. Unfortunately nothing came of it. In my opinion, that wayne guy was involved but he was set up to take all the fall. The assistant in mho, is definitely involved.
I don’t remember this story. But that call the dad made to the housekeeper should have ended it. There was screaming in the background during that call, if I’m not mistaken.
But they were specifically calling because, they said, the little boy was very sick, and then that the mother was very sick. It does make sense for a feverish little boy to be yelling about something he doesn't want to do.
Idk. A housekeeper dynamics with a millionaire employee most likely will not end up with them investigating or ask more. It’s simply not their business as they’ve might been told many times before. Unless the call was very unconvincing I dont think he’d alert the police. I dont think many would do it in that circumstances to your distant employer
@@mencot89 Being someone who spent a lot of time in that house, who knew each member of the family, you’d think she recognize something was wrong. From the voice tone, background noises, fact that dad was calling. I’m surprised but then again I’m not. Shit happens. My best friend died because we didn’t realize he had a blood clot after a long flight. Sometimes after the fact you realize how obvious something was.
So many of y’all regurgitate that without having any concept of what Hammurabi’s law actually was. An eye for an eye meant that even if you accidentally caused someone to lose their eye, YOU also lose yours. It was not restricted to premeditated homicides. That’s why it’s not a just system of law, it doesn’t actually take into factor intent, premeditation, anything like that.
The eerie thing about crime is , even if you are able to evade your sins . A complete accidental incident or some other tell tale would haunt you back to the crime even after decades…
This comment is totally incoherent. Sins aren’t real. Crime is real. Homicide is real. DNA is also real, and it’s how the perpetrator in this case was caught.
@@stacioliver4243 He got lucky or was watching the house and knew their schedules. If everyone was home at once he couldn't have gotten away w/ it. Everyone would have ran and he could not have held everyone down. When he got there only the Vera was there and Phillip. He pounced on Vera when she was coming back inside from taking out the trash. She was 57 and could easily be overpowered and tied up. Once he got her then he got Phillip who was home from school up in his room most likely. So that would have been easy. Then Amy came back from Starbucks and he got her. Then he made her call Savvas to come home and once he walked in he was attacked. His blood was found in the area where he came in- so that's how it went down.

I find it hard to believe, that someone who can hold torture and kill, on a prolonged basis, a family of three, consisting of persons known to them, could be doing something this heinous for the first time ever. Even serial killers rarely start with 3 simultaneous first torture murders. And if you can do that, imagine what else you can do? This dude has been a nasty piece of work for a while. Probably why his aura is so off.
@@drphot6050Well, he had a long history of violence and even burglary. His DNA was on the crust (and the vest). However, it sounds like he had an accomplice or possibly even set-up. I want to say that the alarm company failed, the pizza guy failed, the guy who delivered the cash failed, the housekeeper failed. This is something that you would never imagine happening to a more humble, hardworking family.
Who delivered the money is involved. How often does,he get calls from his manager to deliver money. And why 40,000 and not millions. He is deeply involved. Almost 10yrs later and things have only gotten worse for America. 24:08 Listening to the killer's defense attorney talk about what a kind, gentle, non-aggressive person who should hang out with *YOUR* grandma after hearing that his own family and girlfriends feared him.....was enough to make me puke. No wonder people despise defense attorneys.
This lawyer is the epitome of why everyone despises them. I have used the services of an attorney a couple of times, but I can honestly say, even though he represented me well, I never liked the man. I knew that had my opponent obtained his services first, he would absolutely have been as brutal to me. In short, for the most part, they are a necessary evil.
This case clearly demonstrates why ICE should be notified of violent immigrants with criminal convictions. The protection of them by sanctuary style states and cities is bizarre. Virtue signalling at the cost of innocent people is sick.
I often find myself shaking my head at defence attorneys. Are they that delusional that their client didn’t do it or are they just trying to convince the public (or themselves) that their client is innocent 🤦🏼♀️
The problem is you. They are defense lawyers and their job is to defend their client the best they can. It's principle of laws. When you are charged with something you expect your defence lawyer to do everything to save you. Otherwise just send every criminals to jails without going to trial. The lawyers have feelings they understand the pain because they are parents too but you can't mix emotion to your profession otherwise go be a social worker.

I have so many questions. The assistant didn’t think it was strange to drop off that amount of money in their vehicle? Had he ran errands like this before? The housekeeper received a text but didn’t actually speak with her boss when she called to confirm the text? Why didn’t she think to phone the police? Why didn’t the assistant call the police/FBI, if that wasn’t the norm for him? Very perplexing case. I’m so sorry for what this family went through at the hands of a demon spawn!
This is literally one of the worst crimes I've ever heard of and I heard about it when it 1st happened. As a true crime aficionado, I've read/listened to 1000s of cases, too. I started my true crime journey when I was 8 and I used to read the newspapers. The absolute brutality of this crime is mind-blowing..
If it was just greed then why didn't they ask for more money? Like the detectives said, they left money behind, expensive jewelry etc inside the house. Greed is a part of it I'm sure, but torturing a family, especially a little boy is something much more personal, and evil.
