DCMWG you have great energy. You are keen to be an intellectual. You are intelligent. Your energy is needed because your intentions are good. You are a special lady, true no doubt. This is the only reason I suggested looking into the proper foods to consume, or what to avoid for that matter. No pork, moderate beef if you must, steak cuts primarily if you have to. No ground beef, it's very dangerous at this point. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Proper hydration is key. Water, clean water. Check labels on water bottles for calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. This is salt. Avoid deodorant with aluminum. Avoid toothpaste containing fluoride. Fluoride free toothpaste is best. Please look into these things if you didn't already know. Thank you beautiful.🌷
