whenever this happens I find the best solution is to dump the nose until you're flying just above the water full burners, turn upside down and when jester ejects he will be met with a Mach 1.5 watery grave
@@ismaelsierra3757 Jester is hilarious, there are a lot of little comments, my personal favorite is when doing the guided startup "Erect the standby gyro...gigiddy." When I first heard that I almost pissed my self laughing.
I tried to fly F/A-18 in dcs lately and during aar i missed Jester so much. So i gave up and got back on flying F-14 again. Now the game feels so boring for me without having Jester in the back.
Too bad they don't have the option for the Delta-model legacy Hornet or the Foxtrot-model Super Hornet, then you'd have a backseater to yammer at you to your heart's content.
No copyright is harmed here :D If things like "use the force luke" bevome popculture, they are free to use. If you take a look at scary movie or those twilight troll movie, they also didn't need to worry about a copyright b.c. of the same reason.
@@friendlyreptile9931 No, no I’m fucking not. I’ve had to deal with copyright myself, and I got a decent understand of American copyright law in the process. So kindly go autofornicate and stop questioning your betters.
oh man the last thing i need is someone making me feel worse about my AAR (nah kudos to Heatblur and the way they go less the extra mile than the extra lightyear, i love it)
If I weren't flying with a WSO who was joking around like that, I'd start to assume the squadron hated me. In the military you learn to dish out and receive harsh humor, if it's not happening, something's wrong.
Once it is attached I think they finally modelled that you need to fly 3-5 feet forward to activate the fuel transfer so until you do that he’ll keep talking.
This is hardly smooth lol but honestly it just takes practice and discipline. Get good at flying in formation and then find a spot in the windshield/hud to place the probe and hold it there. Also try and focus on the plane itself and not just the probe as you will over-correct. You need to be as light on the controls as possible. As for the stick tuning, I just use Chucks Guide and then change it up a bit from there if I feel like it
I'm not trying to promote myself, just trying to help a fellow pilot. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-P-W1JkrBkyw.html This is what it looks like in an F/A 18. Notice I focus on the container the fuel comes from not the actual basket. If you focus on the basket too much you lose sight of steady you are supposed to be and you over correct way too much. Just use your periphials to guide yourself into the basket while focusing on the fuel pod (specifcally the black dot on the fuel pod). I find it is easier to keep steady in the F/A 18.
I just learnt in the 18, definitely look at the plane not to basket, i was using atc, once in formation, which isnt as easy as easy as sounds (u needa be exact speed before turning on). Locking the tanker up in stt at first, helps judging closure rate too i found at first. Still no luck with f14 (but havent tried much tbh). U can also box the tacan on hsi and turn on cpl autopilot will fly u straight to him haha
@@brandonchappell1535 yeah that's fair, use the F/A 18 to your advantage. The thing is basically one big computer, and it literally cannot fly without it's computer being on so it makes sense. I Imagine it would be harder in the f14
Good ~ How to refuel Tomcat like this easily.... I've never suceed over 2 years.. a little frustrated .... I wonder your stick and asix setting .. and your skill about throttling
Also the game comes with 2 Free modules to use also there is a ton of good free mods you can download (A-4E SkyHawk,T-45 GhostHawk,C-130H. And a few other good mods that are free.
