i have completed my small form factor doorgun joystick with bass shake feedback. cant wait to use it with new gaz minigun variant!

I can't move the gun with my mouse, gonna try shutting off the keybinds I have for the axes on my throttle. I'd prefer to aim with the mouse, using a joystick feels quite clunky. Also, I didn't know about he IZLID, so that may help out, but normally, it's very hard to get the camera/gunner's eye-head pointing correctly down the sight. I adjust the location of the head-gunner's eye, but when I move the gun to another target, I have to re-find the best position so the sight is actually pointing where the gun is shooting. Still, it's quite an improvement on the previous iteration and I like that the cyclic and collective are frozen when you switch to the gunner so, although it doesn't have autopilot like the Huey (which is ideal for this situation) I can get the chopper flying on a steady course at least, without it going all over the place.

Can't wait till we get a dynamic ground war going on so it feels like our attacks have some impact on how a battle plays out. Currently DCS just feels like a shooting range unfortunately. Really loving all the Gazelle changes!

That looks awesome. You need to figure out a way to get the door gunner Ai from ED for this. Yes firing the gun is cool. But i also like to fly the chopper. Putting the gunner in the right position is also fun.

The Gazelle's flight model issues have kept me from trying it out, but this is looking like it could make for an interesting update that might tip the scales back. The Gazelle looks like it's a blast to fly.

I mainly wonder about what the physics of handling such a weapon would be. It is mounted rigidly enough that recoil shouldn't be an issue, but the rotation of the mass of the barrels and the wind moving over it would have some impacts on aiming I suspect. Overall it looks like a lot of interesting improvements though.

Do bullets really bounce back up like this? Looks like you completely covered that poor city behind the target...

Where is the nav display from?

is there a way as how to quickly change the "pilot" profile to "minigun" profile without restarting it from scratch?
