Hey guys Thank You for stopping by. Most of you know that I am pretty proficient at AAR in the Hornet but learing to do it in the Viper has been my nemesis. I am happy to report though still not perfect it has finally all clicked. #USAFGoals #USAFTanking Guys if you are new to the channel and enjoy the content please consider subscribing to the channel to help us keep our little community growing. I’m really struggling with the F16 for AAR. Also having a hard time adjusting my HOTAS axis’s for it. It’s at least satisfying watching someone else do it even though I can’t ha!
Dont worry we all go through it. I've been there myself trying everything I could think of to get it right. It does depend heavily on what HOTAS you are using on what curves you set. What Hotas do you have?
I literally have to adjust my pitch and roll axis to 10 on the saturation X & Y and -10 on the curve to where my jet barely has any input to refuel the F-16.
I used to have to do that as well. I do make minor adjustments to my curves for all aircraft in dcs. I guess it depends on what stick you are running. Me I'm running the Winwing Orion 2 Hotas with the F18 grip. Not much curve needed for the hornet but because the F16 stick noes not really move like that it can be hard to adjust. I will say that I have played around for ages with curves etc for the Viper. Too much and you will lose roll rate and maneuverability. Thanks for stopping by!
Roger that. I'll get you a cockpit view soon bro. I hadn't intended to record anything and was just messing about until this happened. I then booted up obs and went and watched the track.
