You won't ever get your money's worth with DDA it seems. See the flats come in as raw state as they can be with absolutely nothing done in the flats. It's stupid that DDA even calls them ready-to-move-in units when there are no wardrobes, blank walls in the name of kitchen, mediocre quality and horrible looking washroom fittings, poor quality and distasteful tiles and weak aluminum frame windows with no outside reinforcement for security reasons. And then this particular apartment is located next to the sewer drain system, cemetery, shamshaan ghat etc. People have already observed water seepage and wall peeling throughout the site in newly constructed and unoccupied flats. Moreover no facilities except for the basic parking and a few daily essentials shops which would be auctioned as well. And the prices are the same or even more than the market prices. I also expect a higher maintenance cost for these appartments since DDA has been so fiercely emphasizing on them being so-called 'Luxury Flats'. Then comes all the dealers, who have a lot of liquidity at hand, mass purchasing units right after auction and then selling them at a premium to people like us who have had long due dreams of owning a house but have limited resources for making these dreams come true. How is this possibly a good deal? People are better off with independent builder floors when I think about it. Much better than these high rise buildings. The purpose of DDA by statute has been to provide safe, comfortable, convenient and reliable housing to the middle class and economically weak at no profit. All of the recent developments are even a bigger proof that this statement has been nothing but a mere joke all along.
People are so excited as if 5 cr is so handy. Dda ko cash nhi dena. Salaried k paas itna hota nhi and business class k pass itna white nhi hoga. Jinke paas hoga they wud prefer kothis rather than stucked into one floor.🤨
Sir, construction quality kaisi hai is society ke flats ki? Mivan construction hai kya ya still bricks pe bani hai? Jis construction company ne yeh flats banaye hai unki reputation kaisi hai market mai?
Vastu pta nhi kaisa hoga and bathroom attached nhi hone cheiye khabi height be merko 9.5 tak ki lagi like jitna DDA is asking for price nhi lagta ki sahi hai
Sir, modern amenities like swimming pool, club house with all indoor sports facilities, power backup, etc hai kya? Jaise Noida ya Gurgaon ki modern socities mai hota hai? I m asking because they are very costly flats.
No they do not have any such facilities. The concept of DDA is pretty straight forward. You may feel you are not getting your money's worth since it's so pricey but this is a Government project after all. What more can be expected from them. And for that matter it's the case with almost all housing societies or apartments in the so-called posh and up-and-coming area of Dwarka. 😂
Now they are going to sell the flat through e-auction. This means they will be more expensive. People liked DDA flats because they were cheaper than market rates, now it seems that DDA has changed its mindset.

S. - Pardon me for the rant bud but I have been quite disappointed since I was really looking forward to this upcoming scheme and I also want people to be as aware as possible.
I know I have criticised you guys once about dimensions detail that you should measure it properly BUT loved your comment here “bhagvaan jaane” dimensions kya h. Penthouse looks great!
Very cheap 5 cr😂😂😂 india abhi itna advance nhi ki middle class afford kar sake pent house and those who can afford it move to better place in gurugram not dwarka which is a place of some communities who gathered for construction of flats which vosted near abt 4 lacs and now people are asking 1cr for that petty amt they once invested.
You are right but all penthouse and even SHIG and HIG flats got sold out. Dekh lijiye kitna advance kar gaya middle class ke ek bhi flat nahi chorda and sab bik gaya
