Lad I am more Irish than ye in genetics haha. In fact my genetics are 63.5% if my Irish/English/Scottish and Ulster Scot genetics were combined together. My Irish genetics barely come out on top. Sure I have 12 ethnicity's within my genetics but Irish is at the very top. Here is something the Irish do being they would get some bread and put some butter on it and they would put some chips/crisps on the bread making a sandwich/butty out of it.
