Hey when I turn it on it start to steam like crazy and I cant get it to stop

What is the measure of the portfilter?

What!?!? The froth milk well it was just milk but you really do need to get a frothing pitcher the milk will froth more and you will know the difference that was just heat milk , you are not doing it correctly very terrible, just the the pitcher and try it again, I had to do it like 20 times until I could get the froth really nice and even though after keep doing I still know I have more work to do because sometimes you get it and sometimes you don’t

Is the machine as huge as the dimensions say?

Is the main switch supposed to stay on, just exchanged another 1 and switch doesnt stay on

You never showed what the crema looks like on the coffee and your hand blocks the view to the milk foam.

Tip: You has to pour milk in a stainless pitcher and make sure it's chilled before frothing. Yes, I'm a Master Barista!

Any tips for noobs

I have one of these that I'll be returning. It's dreadful. I've wasted nearly a half pound of Lavazza beans on various grind settings and have yet to pull a shot that has the strength and complexity that I can get from something as cheap and ineffective as my old Krups steam powered machine.
