ORANGE BLOSSOM CAKE
Ingredients:
-60 ml. Whole milk (1/3 tz)
-50 ml. Cooking oil (1/3 tz)
-230 gr. Egg whites (approx. 7 egg whites)
-190 gr. refined sugar (1 tz - 2 tbsp)
-60 gr. Egg yolks (approx. 3 pz egg)
-190 gr. All-purpose wheat flour (1 tz + 1/3 tz)
-3 ml. Orange blossom essence (1/4 tsp)
-5 ml. Vanilla or butter essence (1/2 tsp)
HALF-PRESERVING SYRUP
(Optional)
Ingredients:
-300 ml. Water ( 1tz + ½ tz)
-150 gr. Refined sugar ( ¾ tz)
-5 ml. Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
CREAM FOR DECORATING
Ingredients:
-400 ml. Cold whipping cream (sweetened) (2 cups)
-Vegetable coloring to taste (orange color)
ADDITIONALS:
2A smooth dough stick (Wilton)
Duya balloon (Wilton)
Duya 4B (Wilton)
