ending was a little bit more sloppy than i would've liked but oh well. i chose to ban all other items & the extra jump amulet for the sake of keeping the challenge consistent, but this would've been a whole lot easier if i was allowed to use assault shield or something.
also that one hallway with the periodically alternating spikes caused like more than half of my resets lol

when double jumping to avoid the in and out long spikes, you can continue jumping forward instead of one jump forward one jump backwards to keep momentum and get better time

That was impressive. Do the sickles do anything? Also, did you get lucky on at least one or two occasions? Toward the end? If it wasn't luck, then very impressive

For challenge rifts specifically, the sickles don't do anything because they don't have any effect outside of dealing damage. I wouldn't say there was necessarily much luck involved here because there isn't really room for any RNG to be a problem with this challenge, but I will admit that towards the end I kinda fumbled and barely clutched out the last segment because I screwed up my movement right at the beginning of that last room with the platforms that go away when you stand on them.
