Things done: Replaced HPOP and IPR valve. Air leak test revealed more leaks. Replaced seals on both oil rails, standpipes(left side had damaged seals) and Dummy Plugs. Replaced seals on injectors (inside/out) and pin sockets. Replaced ICP sensor and connector. Replaced oil/fuel filters.
Removed drivers side valve cover for access. Removed the glow plugs. Primed the fuel system (FICM must be installed). No leaks noted around injectors. Cranked engine and got fuel spray from #8 injector(substantial) and #2(light mist, more than #4 and #6). Next step, remove oil rail and inspect injectors and replace outer seals. Leak could be coming from lower seal on injector body or injector stuck open.
Didn't see anything obvious other that lower o-ring on injector body weren't a snug fit. Bought a new kit(FelPro brand) fit a lot better and snug. Reassembled and tested. No fuel coming from glow plug holes anymore.
Put it all back together and after a few cranks in started up and ran smooth as glass for 2 minutes then it missed a couple of times then died and won't start. Looked at some readings and everything looks good during crank except FICM voltage is at 11.5v. I think cranking so much dropped it. Going to charge batteries and try again tomorrow.
From what I can tell, after doing the rebuild of the injectors the "white" o-ring on the body was not a snug fit. I bought another(FelPro brand) kit. They were a bit snugger on the fit and after putting them back in and testing, I no longer get the fuel spitting out. Doing the ones on the passengers side next. Thanks for watching.
