One of my favorites!!! Oddly it makes me think of Anita Pallenberg. RIP. She was their Muse no doubt. I loved her in the film Performance so much I have the DVD and CD.

As someone that actually attended this concert, I can say that they sounded great even by their legendary standards. In fact, their performance of “Gimme Shelter” brought tears to my eyes because it was that fucking good. As good as these videos posted by fans can look, they will never be able to fully capture what we actually experienced live. The way the guitars cut through, their distortion, along with Mick’s vibrancy- it’s ridiculous how these grandfathers are lapping everyone else in the game. This is not normal. This is not the natural course of most things, yet here we are.
