Great video. That Rogue Ohio Power bar is 29mm. Rogue Ohio bar is 28.5mm

The DL bar is definitely beneficial once you get above 7 - 750 lbs.

Absolutely, the more weight the more benefit. We were surprised to see it start to noticeably bend at even 275!
