They exist. Go to the gym that’s the most run down, ghetto, old school. And make sure there’s a big whiteboard in the gym that keeps track of the members heaviest lifts (shows they promote the behavior shown in this video). There’s a gym by my place like this and their white board all had numbers in the 600lbs +. Never even knew people in my city were that strong. Played great music and all the equipment was OG. You’ll know it’s a good gym when it’s the owner wants to talk to everyone who comes in

@Dhemize What they can do IS crazy. The age theyre doing it is NOT. 25 years is the age our bodies are in their prime. Our physicality and strength will typically last to 40, somewhat longer with the right lifestyle. But, from 25 on our bodies recovery rate and stamina will decline and our susceptibility to illness and injuries will increase.

Love watching how supportive you lads are of each other. Really cool and motivating. 2 years ago I had a badly slipped disk and lamed me left calf, then I want to rehab, core training, CrossFit and now some weights, did 130kg for 3 reps, hopefully this is the beginning of a journey.
