The perfect way to right the wrong done to Cyclops is to show that Jean actually sent him into the void in X3 instead of killing him. That way it adds depth to her early struggle to control the Phoenix Force and does not need to come up with an explanation for how he comes back. By doing so Cyclops can have his proper send off with no plot holes.

There was no Phoenix Force. The intention of the Phoenix storyline in the original trilogy as Singer wrote and planned for it was simply to have Jean’s own powers mutate beyond her ability to control, just as it was originally in the comics. Sophie Turner’s Jean Grey was given the Phoenix retcon, where it was a cosmic force and not her own abilities evolving.

That's why this version of Wolverine is from different timeline/universe. And bringing the X-Men gang is even more possible now because they are not the same characters we saw from those movies

Just to point out something outrageous... Canonball, Wolfsbane, Caliban, Banshee, Magick, Ajax, Yukio, Viper, and non mutants like Skar, stature falcon 2, Moon Knight, Eternals, Dane Whitman, Echo, Kate Bishop, have all had more screen time in most cases substantially more... than Gambit.... Madame Webb and Kraven got their own movies before Gambit was prominently placed in an ensemble one... I just don't know if these producers know what they're doing... Even if you hate Gambit this has to still seem crazy to you.... and the movie Gambit was a in... he was inconsequential to the plot, had 5 minutes of total screen-time, only interacted with wolverine... and that movie may not be Canon with any other film...

I'd be willing to bet that Cassandra isn't the villain and the idea of Wolverine and Deadpool running off to build a team for help sounds a little ridiculous. She's not doing much in the trailer, and there's not an ounce of malice on her face in any of the scenes we've seen thus far. None of us even know what the plot is about. How about we all just relax, find something else to occupy our brains, and patiently (or impatiently) wait for the movie to hit theaters?

My theory is that "The Resistance" will consist of all the heroes / anti-heroes / vigilantes from all the movies before the MCU. If this comes true then it will be an epic end game scenario for all the heroes from before the MCU fighting against Xavier's evil sister. Then in Secret Wars, these characters will return to unite with the MCU heroes. The original characters would include: all the X-men characters from Fox studios, the fantastic four cast, Tobey's Spider-Man, Andrew's Spider-Man, Nicholas Cage as Ghost Rider, Wesley Snipes as Blade, Thomas Jane as The Punisher, Eric Bana as The Hulk, Ben Affleck as DD, Jennifer Garner as Elektra

the only way to avoid all confirmation about the major cameos will be to stay away from the internet for 3 days before the movie is released and I can bet even before that it will be spoiled on Reddit so it doesn't matter if you have tickets for the premiere we will know who the big cameos are whether we like it or not

I think the portal scene in the trailer is something else and Cassandra Nova is probably not the main villain. Cassandra could have killed Wolverine, but only played with him. Then we see her allowing them to leave. What if a rogue faction of the TVA is the main villain? Cassandra convinces them of it. Then they go get a team that can defeat them, and thats why there is the scene where Deadpool and Wolverine are fighting the TVA agents. Maybe that is why none of her team is attacking Deadpool or Wolverine when they are in the Ant-Man lair. I think a lot of the commercials are a misdirect.

I think what makes this more important is that many of us felt a sadness back then when these really good super hero movies would get cancelled scrapped and reboot - to have everything come back and with the new, its such an incredible feeling ❤ spiderman no way home was the most intense theater experience ive ever had with a crowd

I can see it now. Heroes save the day by seem stuck. Credits roll, lots of cameos in the credits. Mid credits scene, mid mid credits scene. Post credits scene. Finally the very last tease comes up, Deadpool and Wolverine will return in "Avengers V" slight pause, V turns to VS..Xmen appears below. The kang dynasty's new name confirmed, "Avengers vs X-Men".

what if the portal they jump through turns out to be one of the many portals that open up in endgame. then they jump through it dumping them right in the middle of the battle. this inserts them into the MCU at that time and they can explain that they have been laying low ever sense. this would explain that random news paper story about a man with claws.

Wouldn't have had xmen without Blade and it's success... we wouldn't have got the MCU without the Xmen success. It's an awesome idea and I'm guessing it may have been something added recently. Disney may be doing that to mess with Ali and get him to want to rush getting Blade out. Since they originally didn't sound like they cared how the script came out
