There is no way they don’t do a Thor and Loki reunion, it’s one of the main reasons Chris wants to make Thor 5 so bad as well. I also hate when people say it’s not the same Loki, like yes it is, those 2 had thousands of years together before Avengers 1 he just happened to have the redemption arc separate instead of in Ragnorak. It’s also not a coincidence that they had DP make a big deal about Thor crying in the TVA, while nobody knows Loki is holding it all together.
The Multiverse has gotten big in Marvel Comics Especially with the introduction of new Marvel variants such as Red Hulk 2099, Wolverine 2099 who's the Nova of 2099, and new Spider-variants. As for Deadpool and Wolverine, I'm pretty sure Deadpool is going to F up the Timeline in some hilarious capacity.
@@_davidboxingTo be fair this is not entirely true. He did have a romp through the timelines, and we really don’t know what the ramifications of that could be because it seems with the new TVA after Loki season 2 that the future is not set in stone. Whereas before Kang had it on a perfect loop, that is not the case anymore.
Kevin and Co also confirmed that Quantum Kang is HWR in Loki. When he “died” in Quantum, he was actually shot into the timestream, which is what he wanted, from there he made the TVA and started pruning the multiverse. The Post Credit of Quantum is Post-HWR death, where now that the Multiverse is loose, they all exist in it now.
@12:55 Rob I’m shocked you asked the wrong question because in my opinion, the question is what happens when somebody comes to take Loki throne by force, and better yet who?
Alternate/ Parallel universes (MoM, NWH) are different from alternate timelines such as seen in the Loki show. One deals with the space aspect of the multiple universes and the latter with the timelines in one specific universe. Think of it as every universe is it's own tree like the one in the end of Loki S2. In those trees are the branches which are the timelines. So the forest is the multiverse, and the branches of each tree are the timelines of a specific tree/universe.
You sure? As it turns out, the TVA's Tempad can reach a Henry Cavill Wolverine. You would think that the Time Variance Authority can only go to the past and future, but no, they can reach the vast multiverse. Cable's time watch too, Wade used it to go to the MCU. As I understand it, there's no forest. Just one big tree
@@margarithadamaledo6631 Ngl I have not yet seen D&W so after seeing that I could be wrong, but from what has been shown, I would still stick to this logic. Think in MoM Chavez was the only one who could travel the multiverse and it was expressed multiple times that it was just her with that ability. Definitely not as special when you have a whole agency doing the same. If you have the time please take a look at a video called "A relatively short history of the Multiverse" by "A bit of everything". He explains this in a far more detailed and easy to understand way.
looks like you made the right guesses for MCU stuff to see/know before deadpool and wolverine, just to add though that it'd be also great for others if they have watched other marvel movies by century fox.
Just got back from seeing deadpool and wolverine to find this video and without giving any spoilers, I thought they explained everything regarding the multiverse really well
10:07 The Marvel tab on Disney+ has a section called "MCU Complete Timeline" and Brad Windurbaum said "Disney+ was Marvel Studios' medium to define the canon now", it has all shows and movies, even the Netflix stuff and those one shots they used to do. Everything involving the multiverse takes place after Loki.
Gonna have to say you are completely wrong about the Quantumania post credits scene, it doesn't show Kang variants suddenly popping into existence, as is stated in the scene itself it shows Kangs that already existed coming to a meeting of the Council of Kangs using their Time Platforms, we actually see Reed Richards using an earlier version of the exact same effect in Multiverse of Madness. It's not some sort of sudden recreation of these Kangs, it's just them arriving to a meeting by teleporting. Just editing real quick to say that I do really love your videos though, I just strongly disagree with your interpretation of things in this video given how it contradicts what we've been told, but still keep making awesome content.
Kate Herron is right. You are confused, what tva and primarily HWR prunes are branches off the scared timeline. They are not pruning other timelines. They prune the branches because is they grow far enough that can connect to other universes and cause an incursion; thus causes the scared timeline to be hidden no longer.
So I saw a small clip of Deadpool and Wolverine....let's just say there are characters we haven't seen in 20 years and longer. Damn my Baws is hot 🔥 🔥 right now!
Wouldn't No Way Home also be a cause for all this? The villains returned to their universe/timelines cured, still causing split timelines cause they didn't end up dying.
10:21 Well… about that we do know since the ending of the movie confirmed he cause an incursion which is the only way to loosely tie it is by said incursion.
I doubt they’ll ever do the kang origin story in the mcu besides Loki but I think the conqueror version of kang realized he couldn’t help certain universes because of an incursion and decided to conquer it instead in an attempt to save that universe.
Human arrogance to believe anything we do can affect not only the whole universe but multiverse. Most likely thing happening with incursions is affecting localized Time/Space.
Sorry if you’ve done this, but can you make a video based on each phase and what actually is part of each phase? Then anything phase four and after, please explain it lol
x-men and deadpool were not always over there in the MCU. They are from a multiverse outside the sacred timeline. The sacred timeline we've known so far with the MCU never had the x-men or deadpool, This wolverine isn't even the same one from Logan. They are seen in the trailer jumping through a portal similar to Dr Stranges portals I think that is them "entering" the MCU time line :)
This explanation is an indication as to why the Loki TV show has been better than MCU films in recent years. Loki looked like it was creating a solid road map to explore the multiverse in the MCU but the films fumbled the ball.
So long story short. War between good kang and bad kang. Good kang wins and makes TVA and Loom. One of the bad kangs during the war exiled, this is the kang in quantumania.
I do hope that the Sacred Timeline does get restored to the MCU cause this whole multiversal shenaniganry going on in the MCU isn't working out and is just making a convoluted mess in continuity
It seems that He Who Remains did a Rick and Morty, just cordoned off their part of the universe with them in it. And the Sacred Timeline kept that small part of the true multiverse quartered off. with He Who Remains running it and his variant that would become him never becoming him. When the Sacred Timeline was destroyed, the gates were opened and the Sacred Timeline split into variations while reconnecting with the true Multiverse. And all those Kangs are new Kangs, unaware of the history that they will repeat.
@rob, Could you do a vid explaining the concept of varients? For example, why are some identical, while others are of a different sex or character including name (ex Loki/Silvi vs Scarlett Witch)
How did Captain Britain and Excalibur travel the multiverse and all the other Captain Britains travel the multiverse without causing incursions? Incursions seems like a retcon of multiversal behavior established in earlier content. Which is funny considering the title 616 for the main universe came from Captain Britain comics.
Is it possible the Kangs were happy that He Who Remains is dead and no longer manipulating the multiverse and are popping up from their universes for a meeting?
QUANTUMANIA was good in my opinion, but not great. Kang needed to be more intimidating. He was a scary good villain but needed to have more kills. Same with Namor, great villain but the writers nerfed their powers for sure.
