It’s part of the game when you do sales. You have to start somewhere and over time your knowledge expands, your language gets better. If they have the product that I’m looking for then I don’t care who sells me the watch as long as it’s in good condition. 🤷

These young sales reps need to up their professionalism when speaking to their clients. THey consistently refer to their clients as "hey buddy", "Whats up Man" "Talk to ya" , "You're the man, brother" --- Cringey. If these guys spoke to me like that when I'm buying a $30,000 watch, I would ask them to have Anna call me. She is the most professional sales rep in that company.

I agree with the comments. It’s not personal. But they have fell off.. In terms of content production and value. I used to learn things on this channel and genuinely enjoy the ‘value add’ .. however now.. I also FEEL like that they are diminishing their brand with this stuff. That said if they are doing better than ever fair play to them. I respect it. However I’d like to think they go back to the watch content like they used to

This episode was absolute trash. That new kid “Dom” just reeks of snake vibes. Seems very non genuine, cocky yet…wet behind the ears. Not sure why so much air time was devoted to him as he’ll be gone in less than a month. The segment with Anna and the black dude put me to sleep. Marco telling a client to “be quiet” without saying the word please as he tested the chronograph. Word of advice fellas, if you handle watches and your hands will be zoomed in on as you hold them…don’t bite your nails. It’s disgusting. I stopped watching half way in.

The slightly mathematical edge the Casino has comes from the 0 or 00. The Wheel has 36 Numbers paying out 36:1 but they are the favourite because of the one 0 or two 0's ( that paying out 36:1 too) but not 38:1 which would be equilibrium or 50:50. Means if he bet 900 on straight 28 he won 32.400 Dollars. I personally don't believe him, the story was too perfect, then you normally don't bet that much (all) on a straight number but if you do, and then win you know exactly how much you won!

Love your videos..I will be a buyer soon..while it’s none of my business how you run your business , hire / fire / spend etc when operating in this age of social media I quickly got attached to the characters created n recently fired by LB , based on some comments posted so did many other’s. From personal business experience this type of news if not properly delivered to your audience can quickly manifest spread negatively across these social media platforms and devastate your business. Please understand your audience will identify with your sales staff , their struggles growth in the business and not the owners or executives especially in a down volatile market. I’m still a fan , we don’t know details - can only hope you limit other sales reps exposure bcs we ride the emotional rollercoaster of their journeys.

AP chronographs have issues. Myself and my friends have had to send our watches in for service, the minute dial will move when not activated. It’s a known issue amongst AP owners.
Even the tech at the AP boutique that I purchased my watches from had this issue on his grey 43MM offshore chronograph. Once you send it in for service, they fix the issue 100% and hasn’t come up again. It took them about 3 months to service mine.
why does the AP need a new bezel(gold?) and a service because the owner rubbed a polishing cloth over it? Just take it to a reputable company that can restore the factory finish at a fraction of the cost.....
😂 He told you their cost - offer LB $500 more than cost, take it or leave it, as you can wait 3-6 months and continue to watch the market drop down to the price you are happy to pay. People learn to negotiate !
