I think there is a high probability we will see much more of her once she finds her feet. Its clear that Gary and his jewellery partner are from a different generation and culture. As such, they are most likely uncomfortable with cameras and candid nature of the show. Given jewellery makes up a significant part of the LB's business it stands to reason Natalie will play a more prominent role going forward to showcase what that side of the business has to offer.

I love Kevin but how is he gonna say that he needs help because he's still learning, but also come off super demanding of Marco's time and knowledge LOL. As Marco said, he's got a day job to do. Marco helping out the rest of the team is something he's doing to be nice and helpful. The first 20mins and the team comes across as very chaotic and unprofessional. All those stupid discussions can hurt the image of LB. Why does Kevin need to throw Marco under the bus in a group of people for some random story? It had nothing to do with him. Alex not owning his mistakes, reciting a story that removes his mistake from the picture, the fuck is that? Zero accountability. Both made a small mistake that added up to the final problem. Then Alex refuses to learn some details about a Lange. For real?? Is he only willing to learn and sell things that he deems cool? A hype kid selling watches and no more than that? I love this show but sometimes I question the editing as it gives an impression that may not be the entire picture, I know it is done for entertainment but I keep going back to a comment Alex made in response to a comment I made.. we don’t see what happens off camera and not everyone is as comfortable with the cameras.

Marco is right. Know the stuff you are selling. One time i was one the hunt for international memovox, and there was this seller telling me that one memovox has no alarm. Almost left until the manager told me otherwise.
