I love videos like this as I can relate to anxiety and I find that multitasking exacerbates my anxiety. Breathe! Hug Tika! Exercise! Let it go and don't let someone else cause you to feel overwhelmed- they're not worth your energy. Yes to extensions definitely since you have not done so in a while. I got ghosted about three weeks ago after the best first date I’ve ever been on. Such a bummer. I was torn up and constantly thinking about it for a week, and now I’m over it. It’s such an annoying cycle. I definitely don’t think because your hurt it means it’s “not ready.” Your brain is just grasping to whatever you knew and coping. It’s hard out here!

Thank you for always sharing your emotions - it's truly so helpful. I also got ghosted and it was a lot harder to get over than I anticipated. It's difficult to not take it personally even though it's obviously that person's loss and immaturity. But it's just defeating to start all over again! Your person is out there and they won't make you wonder or question how they feel about you!💜

Dating is the worst. I got divorced at 27 and getting back in the dating pool again was not fun...guys in their 30s are so hot and cold and some are just absolutely disgusting and atrocious, BUT I did meet a few great guys in the mix and ultimately ended up meeting THE one not soon after feeling like I wanted to give up. We have been married 5 years now and have a sweet baby boy together and life is amazing, hard still at times, but so good! So, don't give up! Good things can happen, I promise. But, keep taking care of yourself and finding that self love because that is so important!
