you're so cute and sweet, i can see the pain in ur eyes. Im sorry you had a rough day at work but not a lot of people are life savers like you. You will save more lives than you lose, and thats a fact. Stay strong man.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on death. You’re in a very special situation and you have to take care of your mental health so that you can continue to give great medical care. The one thing that I remember is death is the great equalizer and it’s going to happen to us all.
This vid is super helpful! I just started volunteering at my local hospital in the PEDS ER and I love it! Initially, I did NOT want to work in the ER at all because it’s soooo much that goes on and so many different types of trauma that comes through the door and I thought I wasn’t going to be able to handle it. I was wrong and I’m glad that I am gaining the experience. I am graduating from high school in just a few days to attend Nursing school in the fall to become an RN Nurse and eventually, a PEDS NP. I currently observe how the doctors and nurses diagnose & treat patients and I haven’t came across anybody passing away, thank goodness. Now that I have watched your video, I have a better perspective of how to handle death when the time comes. Thank you!!
This is such a powerful video. Thank you for making this. It's going to help for when it does happen to me I can remember your tips on how to cope with death on the job. Starting CSN pretty soon hopefully I get in the ADN program then BSN then PA. Good luck on the applications!
