See, Starscream may SAY the Constructicons are useless, but he's gonna take that back the moment they need a superweapon or fortress built. Edit: Also, this whole "we need to weed out the weak" argument was made by the one decepticon who ACTIVELY throws nearly every single plan Megatron comes up with because "This is a perfect opportunity to take over from our leader who has seen through every deception I've used on him so far!" while mid-opperation. I think if Starscream wants to find a useless Decepticon, he should look in the mirror.

Unless you live in the universe of 2001 RID, the Decepticons were the only faction smart enough to have a combat engineer unit. Scavenger and the other constructicons are, if anything, the most useful unit in the Decepticon Army, and Starscream will hopefully realize that now that the base has to be rebuilt.

Ironically enough, the ONLY toy I remember from Transformers' era was Starscream. Literally held the transforming jet in my hands. Made of plastic. :P
