Great video Kenny. I read that Mr Universe Reg Park actually did over 90 sets per workout three days a week, full body .

Great interview, when he’s talking about all those sets does he mean warm ups sets then a top set or did he mean he used same weight and did say 6sets to failure?

Pretty much the latter. Of course, I warmed up. But I would do working sets to positive failure.

i go around 40...45....50 sets per workout... more ppl base 2x a week... monday to saturday....but current upperbody overload 3x a week... for this week.... 120 to 150 sets per week.... 1 to 2 rir to control SFR
