I didn’t even like him before he came to Phoenix. Went to Vegas for march madness in 2018 and u of a got knocked out first round by a nobody school when Ayton couldn’t stop their smaller forward smh all I packed was wildcat gear and that sht was embarrassing the whole trip
I really think Suns can only win this series if they start with Landale. The main problem with DA is not even his lack of effort or poor play, but the fact that while he is on the court, it is clear that the chemistry between players is worse just becasuse Suns players give it all while DA is strolling. Landale might not even guard Jokic better, but just because he fights every play it is better for the team overall.
I feel like the entire team is fed up with him. He’s definitely weighing the team down. If Phx had a Looney type, Zubac or Valenciunas the Suns would win the west
I have never watched your vids but you're spot on. One thing I'd be doing if I were the Suns is just pitching his series as Nikola Jokic frustration. It needs to be the pitch of the century! Maybe OKC would give up Giddey since the 2 Williams/Shai/Dort are really good and they could use a big. Maybe the Knicks would consider bringing him in for Mitch Robinson and Grimes. Last year I think we could've gotten Okongwu plus someone or Myles Turner but not sure anymore. Think this is the move.... Orlando has a lot of young PGs in Fultz, Suggs and Cole Anthony. Also a lot of big guys in Bachero (obviously off table), Moritz/Franz Wagner, Wendall Carter, Bol Bol and Jonathan Issac. I'd be on the phone with them trying to get Jon Issac who comes with risk but he is a defensive freak along with maybe a Wagner or Suggs or Anthony. I actually think they'd be interested in Ayton to pair with Banchero. Plus Fultz has played so well that I think something could be worked out. And if CP3 retires, I'd be putting my money towards restricted free agent Cam Johnson. He hits 3, has size and plays hard. Losing him was brutal. Or maybe see if some vets want to come chase a ring with 2 of the best shooters but there will be a market for Ayton. Not to the level it was but teams will knock on the door.
He would lead the league in turnovers if he could actually get possession of the ball to begin with. I havent witnessed him stringing three dribbles together in my life. Even most of his 6 inch hand offs are near turnovers.
