It's frustrating that people keep trying to separate out a "radical" or "extreme" Islam from Islam as a whole. If a person accurately follows the Quran and Hadiths, then they're following true Islam. And true Islam is what we see in the "radicals" and "extremists."

It was never about palestine it is a religious war. The parents of these kids should stop them before it's too late.

I lived in Israel for several years. The one thing that shocked me was how radical many Israeli Arab Muslims are. They live in a liberal, open and tolerant society, yet many live sequestered in their own communities, where they effectively deny each of things like religious freedom, freedom of expression and, in many instances, treat their women like chattel. Imagine how much worse it must be in Arab countries that have no such rights... (Also, in nearly every Arab village that I've been to in which there was a Muslim population and a church - in nearly every instance - I saw a mosque quite literally built on top of a church...at the time I lived in Israel, I never understood why they did this but now I do...) I also have friends with Christians from Egypt, Syria, and Lebanon, as well as ex-Muslims from Iran, and all have spoken very negatively of their experiences as religious minorities in Muslim-majority / Muslim-dominated countries...
