Just a disclaimer: I want to say this video is in no way meant to diminish or overshadow the very real problems that others face these days in addition to the stress of living through a pandemic. I know my problems are minimal at best and I am very privileged to live the life I live. I wanted to speak honestly and openly about what I am struggling with and working on personally because I believe authenticity is a valuable and important characteristic to embody. My hope is that by being more vulnerable and speaking truthfully, someone will feel empowered to do the same and accept themselves in the way that I am working to accept myself.
