The concrete would manage to stop a truck the street bollards won't. There are a few retractable bollards which can stop a truck but that will cost a lot of money and time the concrete is just an easier solution. Just get of the bike and walk through it

Get an IPS for video editing ...so maybe not 144hz. I have an ASUS monitor for gaming though, 1440p and 144hz with gsync. It's awesome and worth every penny.

The productivity rate will drop massively I assume and especially seeing as windows is not very reliable
