I am so encouraged by this one - I have been looking for more content. Your level of excellence is like a magnet for what I am looking for. Also, you really spoke to the reality of being in the place of lack vs get confident and step out. I have some very similar stories, yet I find myself back in the old mind set at times. This video was like being at a new job and the super smart guy that has been there for a while just opens up and gives you the download! Thanks!

Well, you convinced me. Love my company, but it's time to talk to the boss and discuss my vision for SharePoint migrations/build outs. They don't see it's true value and how to do it properly, and I know what is needed. Thanks for the pep talk haha, great content.

I am in the same boat. Well, I am beyond the talking part because they have not listen to the Engineer for 16 years and my last 6 years on complaints and telling them the power of SharePoint is not working either, so, I am working on my exit strategy!
