Little mike is funny shuffling on that log haha future slayer!!!!! Keep moving bill I need atleast 20 more years of these videos , 😅 nice hen little mike!
I feel like I've aged in dog years since my back and shoulder injury. I say the same every year. hope I'm able to do it this year. So far I've made it work.
I know how it is for the 1st time this year. I've had plantars fasciitis through hunting season and now it's not fun on rocky streams. I don't give a hoot, still going Tuesday, lol.
My 9 year old son Billy and I loved the video. He wanted to leave a message for Little Mike. Dear Little Mike I would like too see you some time and you are quite funny in the the video and GOOD CATCH OF THOSE STEEL HEADS. I am a little jealous of how you caught those steel heads, lets meet up some time, to, Little Mike, From, Billy.
Geez, he’s five already they grow up so fast and my guy turned 25 this year felt like I just brought him home yesterday. I’m only 50 I’m watching you guys since before since Mike was a kid, Mike Senior and then now he’s got a little boy already five years old that’s crazy it’s good to see your fishing with them, though that’s awesome passing it down to generation of generation, I love you guys so I live in Canada Ontario actually across the lake from you guys
It was Good to meet you Bill, I’m glad to see you guys landing some fish! Me and my buddy went way up past where you guys were fishing. We hooked 17 and landed 12. It was a beautiful day !
Glad ya'll got a couple, no skunkin! That's cool you ran into Will's Crew! I only know where you are because I recognize the first hole where you caught the first fish. I haven't hiked up much farther than that haha. Glad you made it out before dark, little Mike seemed to be in good spirits through the adventure!
Way to go Mike Jr! That’s showing those old guys how to do it. The kid’s mom must be gorgeous. He’s a handsome boy, thank god he looks nothing like his dad or grandpa!
Great video. No skunkin. Yes I feel your pain. I can't walk the creeks like I used to. I guess that's called getting old but we are never to old to fish.once again the little man cracks me up.😂
@BillMikesAnglingAdventures maybe more consistently, don't know for sure. I know this for sure, last year the ontario tribs had great water most of the spring and the fishing mostly sucked.
Awesome to get the youngster out, was thinking about the Ontario streams this week but just like every time I can’t decide 😂 just wanna get into good numbers of fresh
Well thats some serious exercise Bill lol good thing you guys were able to land a couple pretty fish hopefully your able to get some rest and get back at them. The sping run will be over before we know it.
That looks like the coolest little steelhead creek ever. It's my favorite type of spot. I've mentioned a private stretch my brother in law has, fortunately it's not a hike, but not a lot of holes. Just one good 30 yard stretch. But it sucks trying to beat other people in a space so small. Entertaining as ever, it's always good.to see Mike again w/ your grandkid. Edit: the holes less than a couple miles from the car, THATS my kind of creek 😂
Looks like this trip took a lot out of you. A lot more traveling than fishing, plus coming in after other fishermen is tough to manage. I’m sure all of you will remember this trip, heavy legs but Mike Jr never had any problems, had a free ride on daddy’s back. Lots of fallen trees in that creek, that fish that broke you off was a giant, looking at the splashing, you never had a chance. Like you said Bill, sometimes Burt is a much better choice to fish.
thanks Adrian ✌️MJ had a blast - never complained hiking and fishing morning til evening 😁what was i thinking lol never had a chance with that one - almost broke the rod too
My boy was about nine years old and he got his first big big fish. It was a big 19 lbs. 8 oz. or something brown big female and the water was high and crappy and I didn’t even think we’re gonna be able to go and he wanted to try I didn’t even get my rod out of the car and all here it was yelling fish on dad, he was actually in the Great Lakes angler magazine. My wife sent a write up about it and they put them in the magazine. I’ll take a picture and forward it to you.
Never again? You have to plan it out. I am with pain in the legs bur rhe adrenaline. So have to be careful. Salmon mostly on the west coast. I pick my spots and rest where i can. Even if its laying down on the bank.
@@BillMikesAnglingAdventures I have to a rare condition from my appendix bursting. Not fun it's the adrenalin that keeps me going and when I get home I really feel it. If you ever get to BC pink salmon fishing is fun on the fly.
